RGM Distribution is the exclusive distributor for Fresca bath products We specialize in wholesaling luxurious bathroom products including bathroom vanities, faucets, storage/linen/medicine cabinets, mirrors, toilets, shower panels and a variety of other contemporary bathroom accessories. New models and products are added frequently so that we can offer the latest trends and styles in bathroom design. We offer an incredible selection at the lowest prices! Also, the quality of our products and service is at the utmost importance. We work very closely with our dealers and distributors to build a solid foundation for years of successful business.

PAYMENT POLICY

RGM Distribution accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, company checks or wire transfers. All payments must be paid in full before any item leaves our warehouse. Please note that all orders are charged initially for the cost of goods only. Then the shipping charges are added afterwards when the order is ready to ship. All checks must be made out to “RGM DISTRIBUTION”. This payment policy only applies to prepaid dealers.

ORDERING

Orders are accepted via email, fax, phone or through our online dealer portal. If an item is in stock, the standard processing time is 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and give an estimated replenish date. Please note that all orders must be shipped out within 30 days from the date of invoice. Any order that is stored in our warehouse after the 30 day period will be charged a 10% storage fee. After 60 days the order will be cancelled. SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order is processed, it is then shipped out via LTL (for large items) or FedEx/UPS (for smaller items). LTL shipments are curbside delivery only, unless otherwise requested. Ship times vary upon final destination, however the average is 2-4 business days for the East Coast and 5-7 business days for the West Coast. Dealers are also more than welcome to use their own freight company if needed. Please contact RGM directly for all orders outside of the continental United States.

RECEIVING SHIPMENT

Once a shipment is received, the customer must inspect the contents of each package before signing the Bill of Lading. All visible damages must be noted on the bill of lading, however it is also very important to open all received boxes and inspect the products for any concealed damage at the time of delivery. If the driver does not allow you to inspect the shipment, please note that on the Bill of Lading. All damages must be reported to RGM Distribution within 48 hours of the delivery date. Failure to comply with these rules will disqualify customers from free replacement of parts.

RETURN POLICY

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Dept. No returns will be accepted without an RMA issued by RGM Distribution. To provide a refund or replacement, we need to completely inspect the unit. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date and it is the dealer/customer’s responsibility to return all items in new condition, meaning undamaged original packaging with product manuals. Once the returned item is received and verified to be in “new” condition, a full refund will be issued, minus the original freight charges and a 15% restocking fee.

WARRANTY

All Fresca bath products carry a 1 year manufacturer’s limited warranty on parts, which includes all bathroom vanities, faucets, storage/linen/medicine cabinets, mirrors, toilets, shower panels and bathroom accessories. Any unauthorized or improper modifications to any Fresca product may void the warranty. A licensed plumber or contractor is required to perform any installation of our items for the warranty to be valid. Indoor use only.

PARTS REQUESTS

In order to fulfill parts requests, photos of the damaged/defective part or item may be required. Photos are necessary to determine resolution, and more importantly, to file damage claims with the shipping company.

DISPLAYING DEALER PROGRAM

RGM Distribution offers a display program to our dealers where any Fresca item can be purchased for display purposes in your showroom at an additional 20% off of the regular wholesale price. Please note that the additional 20% discount will be given AFTER pictures of the actual item(s) displayed in the showroom are submitted. If at least 3 vanities are purchased for display, you will then become a Displaying Dealer, which grants an additional discount of 5% from the wholesale price for all future orders.

BRANDING

All authorized Fresca dealers must advertise our products as “Fresca”. Our model names and descriptions must also be used. Selling our products without our Fresca name is prohibited.

TAXES

RGM Distribution has locations in the state of New York and Pennsylvania. Sales tax will be added to all orders that are drop shipped to NY or PA, unless a reseller’s certificate for these 2 mentioned states are submitted.

PRIVACY

The privacy of our dealers and customers is very important to us. All online forms are securely encrypted to prevent security theft of personal information. We will not share this information with other marketing or 3rd party companies.
